Shipping policy
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping services to our valued customers based in the United Kingdom, as part of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
All domestic shipping rates are calculated through Royal Mail and are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military bases at this time. Home Try-On is not available for international orders. Delays in shipping are not the responsibility of Shralite London.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes, a signature is required for all orders.
Our shipping and processing times depend on the items you've ordered. Home Try-On orders and Quick Ship items will take 4-6 business days to process the order. shipping will be approximately 1-5 business days after the order is processed. For our made-to-order jewellery, you will be notified via email about the shipping dates. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking as soon as it is mailed out!
If an order is sent back to Shralite due to an insufficient/incorrect address or due to no answer/signature, the order will be cancelled the customer will have to pay for shipping again for any further delivery efforts requested by the client. We are unable to modify or cancel your shipment once it has been placed and handed over to the carrier for shipping. Thus, please make sure all information is correct before completing your order.
All international orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL, depending on the shipping location. We do not offer free shipping or expedited shipping for international orders.
Please note that international shipping for Home Try-On is not available at this time.
Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, the assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the sole responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
Shipping times may vary due to customs and Shralite can not determine how long this process may take. Any international shipping cost incurred at the time of checkout is non-refundable. Clients will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an international shipment is refused by the receiver.
