Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We offer a 7-day return policy on jewellery that is:
✔️ In its original packaging
✔️ Unused and undamaged
✔️ Includes the order name and order number
Exclusions:
🚫 Personalised or custom items
🚫 Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Buyer is Resposible for returns with a valid tracking number. Any loos or damage to the parcle on allrival will be dedcted from refunds.

If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shralite London retains the exclusive right to cancel orders at its discretion and at any given time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products and special orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 8-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 8 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Abuse
Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing products - not as a way to get free products. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you. We do not consider it abuse to request a refund on a product that was purchased just before a sale and then immediately rebuy that product for the sale price.
No Disparagement
You agree not to disparage us in any manner. For the avoidance of doubt, disparagement shall mean disparaging or otherwise making any false or negative statements about Shralite Ltd's products, services, members, managers, or employees.
Release of liability
You, on behalf of yourself, and your respective heirs, estates, administrators, successors and assigns hereby unconditionally release and forever discharge Shralite Ltd and its agents, employees, representatives, managers, members, predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, assigns, and affiliates, and from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, obligations, liabilities, damages, attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses of any type and nature whatsoever, whether in law or in equity whether known or unknown, either existing or that may exist from the beginning of time to the date of this release.
No admission of liability
You understand and acknowledge that acceptance of any refund request by you shall be not deemed or construed as an admission of liability by Shralite Ltd with respect to any dispute or any other matter. This Refund Policy shall not be used or construed in connection with any other suit or other proceedings as an admission or concession of liability.
